We offer a program that is complete in addressing the needs of both Women and Men with relation to their Current Health,Well Being and Hormonal Balance. For many that comes through proper nutrition, supplementation, cleansing and the addition of movement and exercise. These things can help an individual combat stress, find inner peace along with the vitality to age gracefully.

Women tend to bear the struggles of life so it’s not a wonder that more deaths are related to heart disease when most would think of cancer first. One in every three women dies of heart disease. One in 30 dies of breast cancer.

Thus, the reason Solid Nutrition was founded. Our goal is to assess and address your health. Help you sort out the hurdles, understand your personal needs both physically and spiritually and provide you with the training and knowledge necessary to shed the stress and take control of your life! Though a series of assessments and screenings we can help you identify the areas you need to improve.

A Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle Coach Rebecca is Holistic Health Practitioner who believes in eating whole food to improve the body’s overall natural balance and harmony. A long-time runner, bodybuilder and all around athlete these roots have instilled in her a quest for health, wellness and the appreciation of life. Rebecca is a graduate of the Global College of Natural Medicine, a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has studied with the International Sports Sciences Association. Her passion is to provide you with the most common sense programs, products and information as she teaches you the values of proper nutrition and exercise as it relates to you and your overall internal balance, health and harmony.
